Check out the Hero WOD for Kevin Ebbert posted on the

Crossfit Main page. Every time I see one of these WODs I am humbled by the sacrifice dudes make in the line of duty. An older service member once told me it was very important to remember the families of those who give the ultimate sacrifice and in my mind everytime Crossfit puts out a new hero WOD they are tipping their cap to the families of men and women who have died in the line of duty.

Keep it up Crossfit, thanks for remembering Kevin.
